Incarnation Catholic School has been fully accredited by the Florida Catholic Conference since 1972 and meets all standards required by the State of Florida.  The accreditation of Catholic elementary schools in the Providence of Florida is under the auspices of the Florida Catholic Conference which consists of representatives of all Florida dioceses, the Florida Department of Education, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.  The committee periodically examines the principles and standards used as criteria for accreditation to be certain that they are based on appropriate educational theories and practices.

Incarnation Catholic School was re-accredited during the 2003-2004 school year.
