The ICS Fund is the most direct way to support current students and families.  This annual fundraising initiative ensures a world-class learning environment for our students and helps offset operating expenses.  This fund comprises unrestricted giving from all sources that support all school programs and activities.  Teacher salaries, scholarship aid, library books, technology, and building maintenance are all funded in part by annual giving.  Without a vibrant ICS Fund, tuition would have to be raised to support these programs, thus the ICS Fund enables the school to keep tuition at an affordable level.

Stock Transfer

Do you own appreciated stock?
  Each year, Incarnation Catholic School receives stock gifts from donors aware that these gifts typically save the most income taxes. Transferring stock is usually done electronically and is easy to do. Please contact the Marketing and Development Office for stock transfer instructions. 

IRA Contributions

Do you have an Individual Retirement Account (IRA)?
 If you only take IRA withdrawals because it’s required by law, you may want to consider donating the amount withdrawn, or a portion of it, to Incarnation Catholic School.

On December 18th, 2015, Congress passed the PATH Act, which makes permanent the Charitable IRA provision of 2006, making it easier for Americans to donate directly from their individual retirement account (IRA) to a charity, such as Incarnation Catholic School.

This now-permanent law allows individuals 70 ½ or older to transfer up to $100,000 annually from an IRA directly to a charity without being federally taxed. Married couples can transfer up to $200,000 over the same period if they each have their own IRA. And better yet, these transfers qualify as their required minimum distribution “RMD”. It is truly a win-win situation for people who would rather donate to a charity than pay taxes and for the organization they choose to support.
