SCHOOL FACILITIES
Incarnation Catholic School is located on the site of the Incarnation Catholic Church in Sarasota. The school consists of two buildings for Grades PK-4/VPK through 8. The school utilizes the Finegan Center for some activities. Students attend Mass every week in the Incarnation Catholic Church. A playground for Grades PK-4/VPK through 8 offers a supervised place for students to spend their play time. In addition to classrooms by grade, the school building has an office, clinic, library, STREAM lab, resource room, art and music classrooms, and middle school science lab.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The staff of Incarnation Catholic School is serious about ensuring that your child is safe and secure at school. All staff members have been screened to meet the Diocese of Venice requirements for fingerprinting and attendance at Safe Environment training. Twenty security cameras monitor the school’s property throughout the day. All classroom doors remain locked during the day. Teachers monitor students when they leave the classroom for restroom breaks, recess, lunch, and movement to other classes, and dismissal. Teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid. An AED is located outside the main office.
All visitors must report to the office and be screened before entering the school. Parents and others who volunteer at the school must meet the Diocese of Venice requirements for fingerprinting and attendance at Safe Environment Training.
